A Retreat Home for Creativity
Located at 1815 Brookside Dr in Findlay, The Creative Point offers a space that fosters creativity as well as connection among friends and crafters.
Co-owners Wanda Ward and Linda Myers created the space as a haven for sewing, quilting, scrapbooking, or any craft a heart may desire but it wasn’t always a retreat home.

The property was originally purchased for Ward’s brother. After her husband passed in 2019, she decided to transform the space into a retreat home.
Everything was torn down and rebuilt from the ground up. The retreat house is equipped with a full kitchen, walk-in showers, free WiFi, a washer and dryer, and a crafting area suitable for groups, featuring six individual height-adjustable tables.
One of the standout features of The Creative Point is its spacious craft room, equipped with a large television for presentations or teaching a large group. The space is designed to inspire creativity, offering an open-ended approach to crafting. It’s not just a place to occupy—it’s a place to create.
With so much to see and so much to do, your group will simply love retreating at The Creative Point!
